5512-44 Pair + RD12 + K2

The pair of 12-inch 5512-44 subwoofers, dual sealed enclosure, and installation parts create a ready-to-wire car audio bass package. Each driver handles 400W RMS and 800W peak, so the pair is rated for 800W RMS and 1,600W peak combined. The recommended amplifier range is 200 to 400W RMS per subwoofer, or 400 to 800W RMS for both. Dual 4-ohm voice coils provide wiring options, while Spider Plateau Venting targets air at each voice coil and the ribbed T-yoke helps dissipate heat. Progressive suspension controls excursion at high power to reduce distortion, and the Inverted Apex surround increases cone surface area for greater air movement. A sealed dual-sub enclosure made from 3/4-inch MDF has glued and stapled joints, a silicon layer at every seam, and precision-cut openings. The package also includes 20 metal screws, 20 feet of 14 AWG blue speaker wire, and four spade terminals for mounting and wiring the subs.
