AC16-WH

The AC16 is a compact 2-way passive loudspeaker built for installers and sound designers who need full-range coverage from a cabinet small enough to tuck out of sight. A 6.5" SFG woofer with a 2" edge-wound voice coil handles the low end down to 55 Hz, while a 1" exit compression driver on a 90° x 90° Progressive Transition waveguide carries vocals and detail out to 20 kHz with wide, even dispersion. Rated at 320W program into 16 ohms with 90 dB sensitivity, it reaches 110 dB max SPL, plenty for speech and music in theaters, houses of worship, auditoriums, and live clubs.

The enclosure is 12 mm and 15 mm exterior-grade multi-ply hardwood plywood, tested to Mil-Std 810 and rated IPx3, so it holds up to the knocks of a touring rig and the damp air of a covered outdoor venue. Five M8 points plus four rear M6 points accept an optional U-bracket, OmniMount-style brackets, or a stand mount, so you can hang it, wall-mount it, or put it on a pole without custom hardware. Dual Neutrik NL4 connectors and a screw terminal make it simple to wire as a single fill or link across a distributed system. At 15.8 lb and 15" tall, it fits under balconies, along side walls, or at the stage lip as front fill where a larger cabinet would block sightlines.
