Product Description

TOUR LINK CAT25 is a 25 ft. (7.6M) shielded CAT5e network cable built for lighting control and video networking. Four twisted pairs of 24 AWG oxygen-free copper move data at rates up to 1 Gbps, ten times the throughput of standard CAT5, and foamed polyethylene insulation keeps crosstalk and signal loss low across the run.

A tinned copper braid with 92% coverage surrounds all four pairs, so dimmer packs, LED fixtures, and power runs alongside it stay out of the data. The TPU outer jacket stays flexible in cold weather, takes abrasion from stage decks and truss hardware, and coils back onto the reel without kinking. At 6.6 mm outside diameter, it fits through cable ramps and stage pockets without crowding them.

The cable carries Art-Net and sACN lighting control, video networking, and standard Ethernet traffic, so one part number covers console-to-node runs, media server feeds, and switch drops in a rack. At 25 ft., it suits short hops: console to node, switch to media server, rack-to-rack patching, or a node mounted on nearby truss, with little slack left over backstage.

Rated from -20C to +60C and RoHS compliant, it holds up in touring cases, outdoor festival rigs, industrial spaces, and fixed installations. Impedance sits at 100 ohms with 60 pF/m capacitance between conductors and conductor resistance of 93.8 ohms/km maximum, so performance stays consistent every time it comes out of the case.

Features

    • Built For Lighting And Video Networks

Carries Art-Net, sACN, and video over standard Ethernet, so the same cable handles console-to-node runs, media server feeds, and switch drops in a rack.

    • Gigabit Data Over Copper

Four twisted pairs of 24 AWG oxygen-free copper move data at rates up to 1 Gbps, ten times the throughput of a standard CAT5 cable.

    • Shielding That Keeps Signals Clean

A tinned copper braid with 92% coverage wraps all four pairs, holding off interference from dimmer packs, LED fixtures, and power runs beside it.

    • Jacket Made For Road Use

The TPU outer jacket takes abrasion on stage decks, stays flexible from -20C to +60C, and coils back into the case without kinking.

    • Right Length For Short Runs

At 25 ft., it covers console-to-node hops, rack patching, and truss-mounted nodes without leaving a pile of extra cable to coil up backstage.
