American DJ ADJ 5PX HEX RGBAW + UV LED DMX RF Metal Par Can Wash Stage Up-Light

The ADJ 5PX HEX is the compact par in the HEX line: five 12W six-in-one LEDs mixing red, green, blue, amber, white and UV in a 5.8 lb all-metal black housing. A 25-degree beam angle and 63 built-in color macros cover wash work without the size or weight of a larger fixture.

Size is the reason to pick it. At under six pounds it fits places a bigger par will not: tucked behind set pieces, on short truss spans, in a mobile DJ case, or as a row of uplights around a room where you need many fixtures rather than a few loud ones. Locking power in/out connections daisy chain up to 11 fixtures, so a full perimeter of uplighting runs from one outlet.

The patent-pending power and DMX connectors sit sideways so the unit lies flat on the floor or fits inside truss, and the included scissor yoke plus rubber feet cover hanging and ground placement. Control includes four DMX modes (6, 7, 8 and 12 channel), five operational modes, five selectable dimming curves (Standard, Stage, TV, Architectural, Theatre), 0-100% electronic dimming, seven built-in programs and LED pulse and strobe effects. Data connects over 3-pin or 5-pin DMX, and the Dotz Par RF wireless remote (sold separately) handles control where DMX is not practical.

Output is flicker free for camera, LEDs are rated near 50,000 hours, and it runs on 100-240V. Good fits: mobile events, small stages, architectural accents and venue uplighting.
