American DJ ADJ 7P HEX IP Outdoor IP65 RGBAW+UV LED DMX Metal Par Wash Up-Light

The ADJ 7P HEX IP is a heavy-duty, all-metal par rated IP65 for temporary outdoor use. Seven 12W six-in-one HEX LEDs mix red, green, blue, amber, white and UV through a 25-degree beam angle, with 63 built-in color macros for repeatable color.

The draw here is coverage per pound. At 7.5 lb it stays easy to rig and transport, while the IP65 rating means rain, snow and dust are handled: patio bars, tented receptions, festival stages and building washes that stay out overnight. Indoors it works exactly like a standard par, so the same inventory serves both.

Power runs through outdoor locking connectors and data through IP rated 5-pin DMX connectors with rubber covers (older units may be 3-pin). IP rated power link and DMX cables complete the seal, and standard 5-pin DMX cables still work for indoor jobs without creating an IP65 seal. Daisy chain up to 16 units at 120V or 34 at 220V, which is enough for a large perimeter of uplights on one run.

Control includes four DMX modes (6, 7, 8 and 13 channel), five operational modes covering static color, RGBAW and UV dimmer, program, sound active and DMX, plus RDM. Five selectable dimming curves (Standard, Stage, TV, Architectural, Theatre), 0-100% electronic dimming, flicker-free output for camera, and LED pulse and strobe effects round it out. A 4-button DMX menu with digital display handles setup, and a scissor yoke with safety eye covers hanging or floor placement.
