This is a 12 in gooseneck microphone made specifically for the Arturia MicroFreak. It connects through a 3.5 mm input, so there is no interface or preamp to add to the chain: plug it into the synth and start working with vocal input.

The gooseneck design is the practical part. It holds position wherever you bend it, so you can set the capsule at mouth height while your hands stay on the panel. That matters when you are tweaking oscillator and filter controls with one hand and feeding the synth with your voice at the same time, and it removes the need for a separate mic stand crowding a small desk.

The connector includes a headphone thru, so you can keep monitoring through headphones while the microphone is plugged in rather than swapping cables between listening and recording.
