CBT 70JE-1 + RWM-66

The CBT 70JE-1 is the extension module built specifically for the JBL CBT 70J-1 line array column, and it turns a single column into a taller, more capable progressive line array. Inside its fiberglass-reinforced ABS enclosure are four low-frequency drivers and a dedicated crossover network, rated at 500 W with high sensitivity for strong low-end output. Mounted on top of a CBT 70J-1 with the included coupler plate, it extends bass response down to 45 Hz, carries pattern control to 400 Hz for +/-20° control and to 200 Hz for substantial off-axis cancellation, and raises overall output levels. The CBT 70J-1 column itself is required and sold separately.

The combined array keeps the benefits of Constant Beamwidth Technology, holding directivity consistent up to the highest frequencies and cutting the out-of-coverage lobing that shows up in straight columns. Asymmetrical vertical coverage concentrates sound into a tighter pattern aimed at the far end of the room, so the back rows hear levels closer to what reaches the front. Switchable voicing gives you flat response for music or a midrange presence peak for speech, which makes the system a natural fit for auditoriums, lecture halls, stadiums, and theme parks.

This kit also includes a Rockville RWM-66 6-mic wireless UHF system at no extra cost. Its 1U metal rack receiver and six metal handheld mics give presenters, panelists, or performers their own channel, with 8 selectable frequencies per mic, individual XLR outputs, and an indoor range of 300' to 400'.
