RFC-XL is a handheld RF remote for compatible RF-enabled lighting fixtures, built for operators who run more than one group of lights. It controls up to four separate fixture groups at once, so you can hold a warm wash on the head table while cycling color on the dance floor from the same remote.

The 433 MHz signal is omnidirectional, meaning no line of sight is required. Truss, speaker stacks and people between you and the rig do not interrupt control. A telescopic antenna extends for added reach, with a maximum unobstructed transmission distance of 100 ft.

Buttons are rubberized and backlit. That combination matters in a dark venue: you can find the right key by feel and confirm it by sight without a phone flashlight, and the rubber surface stays usable with damp hands. At 6.3 in long and 12.6 oz, the unit has enough size to hold securely during a set rather than disappearing into a pocket.

It works across different fixture types, including wash lights and moving heads, so a mixed rig runs from one controller instead of several. Power comes from a single A23 12 V alkaline battery, included, drawing 55 mA. RF output is rated at +22 dBm.
