Chauvet DJ SLIMPAR 56 ILS DMX RGB LED Par Wash Up-Light

SlimPAR 56 ILS is a compact RGB wash light built around 108 individual LEDs: 36 red, 36 green and 36 blue. The many-small-emitters approach gives an even color field across the front of the fixture, which reads cleanly when the par is close to a wall or a backdrop.

Power draw is the standout number. At 11 W, you can chain 50 units on a single 120 V circuit or 83 at 230 V. No other approach lets you ring a large venue with color from one or two outlets. For a mobile operator working rooms with limited power, that changes what is possible on a job.

Output is 1,337 lux at 2 m through a 14° beam and 23° field angle, tight enough for clean uplight columns. ILS compatibility coordinates it with other ILS fixture types, and the on-fixture menu gives access to RGB color mixing and static colors without any DMX connected. Automated programs trigger through follower mode or DMX, running on 3 or 7 channels over 3-pin XLR.

At 2.2 lb and 2.5 in deep, it hides behind plants, cocktail tables and set pieces, and it packs into the optional CHS-SP4 VIP Gear Bag in quantity.
