XPRESSREMOTE

XPRESSREMOTE is the wireless infrared remote for the Xpress-512 interface. It gives you push-button access to pre-programmed light scenes without going back to the computer, which is the whole point when the laptop is at the booth and you are out on the floor.

Operation is straightforward. Each button recalls a stored scene instantly, and speed can be adjusted on the fly while a chase is running. There is no menu structure to learn and no software step between pressing the button and seeing the change.

The unit is extremely compact at 3.9 x 1.7 x 0.3 in and 0.05 lb, thin enough to sit in a shirt pocket or tape to the side of a DJ booth. Unobstructed range is 20 ft, so it is meant for close-range control within the booth area or a small room rather than across a large venue.

Power comes from a single 3 V CR2032 lithium battery, the same coin cell used in car key fobs and widely available anywhere.
