FXpar 6 puts two light sources in one compact par so a single fixture handles both the wash and the eye candy. Eighteen quad-color RGBW LEDs drawing 52 W make up the main wash, producing 3,239 lumens and 5,657 lux @ 2 m through a 20° beam and 36° field. Around them, a ring of 51 RGB LEDs runs independently, giving you a visible effect element that reads on camera and from the dance floor even when the wash is doing something else entirely. Independent control of the wash and the ring is what makes this fixture useful. Run the wash in a static color for a ceremony while the ring stays dark, then split them for chases across 6 zones of control once the party starts. Sound-activated and automated programs handle the show when nobody is at a console, and the optional IRC-6 remote gives you static colors and program selection from across the room. Control runs on 3-pin DMX in 3, 6, or 11 channel modes. Flicker-free operation keeps the fixture usable for video work and streamed events. Power linking supports 8 units on a 120 V circuit, which cuts the extension cord count on a crowded stage. At 3.0 lb and 10.8 x 2.7 x 12 in with a 13 mm bracket hole, it hangs on truss, sits on a stand, or goes on the floor as an uplight, and it fits the CHS-40 VIP Gear Bag.
