CS653 2-Pack

This bundle includes two matched pairs (four speakers total) of Crunch CS653 6.5-inch 3-way speakers, giving a system builder enough matched drivers to cover front and rear at once. Each speaker uses a Neo-Mylar soft dome tweeter and silver alpha-cellulose poly cone for a full range from clear highs through midrange and bass. A high-temperature adhesive bonds the cone to the pressure-treated rubber surround to keep the two from separating under heavy power or weather extremes, and the anti-resonant stamped steel basket holds its shape to reduce flex and ringing. The pure copper voice coil sits on a Kapton former, with an over-coil path exchanging air through the spider to manage heat during long listening sessions. A passive Butterworth crossover splits frequencies at 4kHz between the tweeter and cone. Each speaker is rated for 150 watts RMS and 300 watts peak, with an 88dB sensitivity rating and a wider 40Hz-22kHz frequency response than the brand’s 2-way models. A protective grille is included for mounting locations where the speaker isn’t hidden behind a factory panel, giving this bundle the flexibility for both concealed and exposed installs across four matched speakers.
