CSA280Z Amp + (12) DCS6T Ceiling Speakers

This commercial audio package puts sound in 12 locations across a drop ceiling from one compact amplifier, giving offices, retail stores, restaurants, and waiting rooms a complete background music and paging system in a single order. The CSA280Z amplifier delivers 80W on each of its two channels with built-in 70V and 100V outputs, so you can run long speaker lines to every corner of the space without signal loss or impedance math. Tap all 12 DCS6T speakers at 10W and you land at 120W total, comfortably inside the amp's combined 160W with headroom to spare.

Each DCS6T replaces a standard 2' x 1' ceiling tile outright. Lift out the old tile, set the speaker in its place, and connect the wire to the spring-loaded terminals. The 6.5" driver comes pre-mounted in the tile behind a metal grill, with a 3.7" low-profile mounting depth and a 105° dispersion pattern that spreads sound evenly across the room. A rear tap selector offers 10W, 5W, 2.5W, and 1.5W at 70V, so the dining room can run louder than the hallway or restrooms on the same line.

The amplifier is fanless and takes a single 1U rack space with the included rack mounting kit, so it runs silently in a back office or equipment closet. Illuminated knob rings make levels easy to read in low light, RJ45 connectors accept a CSR-V wall volume controller over CAT5, and the universal 100-240V power supply and Energy Star certification keep operating costs down for systems that play all day.
