CSA280Z Amp + (4) CC525T Black Ceiling Speakers

This package pairs the JBL CSA280Z commercial amplifier with four black Rockville CC525T 5.25" in-ceiling speakers, giving a restaurant, bar, cafe, or retail floor a complete 70V system for background music and paging in one order. The CSA280Z puts out 80W on each of its two channels with 70V and 100V outputs built in, so long speaker runs across a dining room stay clean and adding more 70V speakers later is a simple parallel hookup. Its fanless 1U chassis runs silently in a rack or behind the counter, the universal 100-240V supply accepts power almost anywhere, and Energy Star certification keeps operating costs in check through long business hours.

Each CC525T is a true 2-way speaker. A 5.25" polypropylene woofer with a rubber surround handles mids and bass, while an aimable 1/2" mylar dome tweeter delivers crisp highs and swivels toward the seating area. Together they cover 80Hz to 20kHz with 88dB sensitivity, so music sounds full at quiet dinner levels, stays clear when the volume comes up, and still carries announcements and chimes cleanly. A tap switch on every speaker selects 20W, 15W, 10W, 5W, or 2.5W, letting the bar run louder than the dining room or a hallway play softer on the same line, and 8 ohm operation with 40W power handling is there for standard amplifiers. A 6.5" cut-out and shallow 2.6" mounting depth keep the ceiling install simple, and spring loaded push terminals hold every connection tight. Optional JBL CSR-V wall controllers connect to the amplifier over CAT5, so staff can change the volume without walking back to the rack.
