CSA280Z + (8) PEN-525T White

This bundle pairs the JBL CSA280Z commercial amplifier with eight Rockville PEN-525T white hanging pendant speakers, giving restaurants, bars, cafes, and hotel lobbies a complete 70V background music system in one order. The CSA280Z puts out 80W on each of its two channels with built-in 70V and 100V operation, so you can wire all eight pendants on long speaker runs without signal loss or impedance math. Its fanless 1U chassis runs silently in a back office or equipment rack, and the included rack mounting kit gets it installed fast. Each PEN-525T is a true 2-way speaker with a 5.25" polypropylene woofer and a 13mm PEI dome tweeter, covering 71Hz to 20kHz for clear vocals and full background music over open seating areas. A selectable transformer tap (20W, 10W, 5W, or 2.5W at 70V) lets you set each pendant to suit its spot: lower over dining tables, higher near the bar. Running four speakers per channel at the 10W tap leaves comfortable headroom on the amplifier.

Installation is straightforward. Eyelet hanging brackets come with every speaker, and detachable Euroblock terminals let you wire on the ground before you hang. The amplifier accepts 100 to 240 VAC, supports JBL CSR-V wall volume controls over CAT5 with RJ45 connectors, and is Energy Star certified with a sleep mode that cuts power draw during closed hours. Illuminated knobs make level changes easy to see in dim rooms, and the clean white pendant finish blends into bright ceilings and open dining spaces.
