CSMA240 Mixer Amplifier + 2 White CSR-V Controllers

The JBL CSMA240 mixer amplifier gives restaurants, cafes, retail floors, and offices one compact unit for background music and paging. Eight input channels feed two independent outputs, each rated up to 40W into 4 or 8 ohm loads, and a built-in output transformer lets the amp power 70V or 100V distributed speaker lines directly, so a long run of ceiling speakers connects without a separate transformer. Euroblock mic/line inputs sit alongside dual RCA inputs, letting a paging mic, a music player, and a TV feed share the same mixer, with 27V phantom power on hand for condenser microphones. Voice activated ducking on channels 1 and 5 pulls the music down when someone talks, and priority muting gives those channels the floor for announcements. Separate bass and treble controls for each output let you tune two zones independently, and the illuminated knobs stay easy to read in a dark bar or back office.

This kit pairs the amp with two white CSR-V wall volume controllers, the remote controls its RJ45 ports are built for. They run over standard Cat 5 cable up to 1000 ft, so staff can turn a zone up or down from the wall instead of walking to the equipment rack, and the white finish blends into light-colored walls. A sleep mode shuts the amp down after about 30 minutes of silence and wakes it when signal returns, while two aux outputs feed an additional amplifier if the system grows.
