CSMA240 Mixer Amplifier + Black CSR-V Controller

The JBL CSMA240 is a 2 x 40W commercial mixer amplifier built for restaurants, retail floors, offices, and light industrial spaces that need background music and paging from one compact unit. Eight input channels accept mic, line, and RCA sources through euroblock and dual RCA connections, and both outputs power 4 or 8 ohm speakers or 70V and 100V distributed systems directly, with no separate transformer needed. That flexibility lets one amplifier run a few ceiling speakers in a café or a long chain of speakers across a larger store.

Front panel controls keep daily adjustments simple: illuminated input level knobs, two output volume knobs, and independent bass and treble for each output, so staff can find the right setting even in a dim dining room. Voice activated ducking on channels 1 and 5 lowers the music automatically when someone speaks into the paging mic, and priority muting cuts every other channel for announcements. Selectable 27V phantom power supports condenser mics, two aux outputs feed an additional amplifier when the system grows, and sleep mode powers the unit down after about 30 minutes without signal, then wakes it when audio returns.

This kit also includes a black JBL CSR-V wall volume controller at no extra cost. It connects to the amplifier's RJ45 port over standard Cat 5 cable at distances up to 1,000 ft, putting volume adjustment on the wall where staff actually need it instead of back at the equipment rack. It's the remote you'd likely add to this amplifier anyway, already in the box.
