CSMA280 Amplifier + (2) CSR-V Wall Controls

The JBL CSMA280 mixer amplifier handles background music and paging for restaurants, cafes, retail stores, and offices from a single rack-friendly unit, and this bundle pairs it with two white CSR-V wall volume controls that blend into light-colored walls while giving staff local control of each zone. Eight mic/line inputs feed two 80W output channels, and the built-in transformer drives 70V or 100V distributed speaker lines directly, or 4 and 8 ohm loads, without a separate transformer. That makes it simple to run a dining room and a patio, or a showroom and a back office, as two zones with their own volume, bass, and treble.

Each CSR-V plugs into one of the amplifier's two RJ45 remote volume ports over standard Cat 5 cable with runs up to 1000 ft, so both zones have wall-mounted volume control from day one instead of a trip to the equipment closet. Voice activated ducking on channels 1 and 5 drops the music automatically when someone speaks into a paging mic, and priority muting silences every other channel for announcements, even waking the amp from sleep mode. Euroblock and RCA inputs accept mics, music players, and streaming sources, while 27V phantom power runs condenser mics. An auxiliary output feeds additional amplifiers as the system grows, and sleep mode powers the unit down after about 30 minutes without signal to cut idle energy use.
