The Hifonics HAC-3000.4D is a COLOSSUS PRO four-channel amplifier rated at 3000W, using a half-bridge design with fewer components to produce more output. It delivers 4 x 300W at 4 ohms, 4 x 500W at 2 ohms, 4 x 800W at 1 ohm, and 2 x 900W bridged at 4 ohms, which is enough to run high-output speakers all around or bridge into a pair of subwoofers.

A full range Class-D chipset makes it compatible with a wide range of drivers, including pro-style speakers used in open vehicles and outdoor builds where efficiency and current both matter. Variable-speed fan cooling combined with a mass-loaded extruded aluminum heat sink keeps output steady, and an iron core transformer holds electromagnetic interference down.

Crossovers are variable at 12dB per octave: high-pass from 15Hz to 6kHz and low-pass from 40Hz to 2kHz, with built-in bass control offering 0 to 12dB of boost. Input sensitivity spans 0.2V to 5V. Rated performance is 86dB signal-to-noise, under 0.5% THD, and 10Hz to 30kHz frequency response.
