The Hifonics HCM-400.4D is a COLOSSUS MINI four-channel amplifier that delivers 400W from a chassis measuring 9.3in x 5.28in x 2.72in. It is built for the installs where space runs out first: motorcycle saddlebags, UTV dashes, golf carts, and behind-seat mounts in compact vehicles.

Power ratings are 4 x 50W at 4 ohms, 4 x 100W at 2 ohms, and 2 x 200W bridged at 4 ohms, which covers a set of full-range speakers or a bridged pair driving a small subwoofer. A full range Class-D chipset makes it compatible with a wide range of drivers, including pro-style speakers used in open vehicles.

Cooling is handled by a mass-loaded extruded aluminum heat sink with no fan, which removes the moving part most likely to fail in a dusty environment.
