Control 29AV 8" Indoor/Outdoor 70V Speaker Pair

This pair of JBL Control 29AV speakers fills the gap between compact ceiling speakers and larger venue systems for restaurants, bars, and cafes. Each speaker combines an 8" Kevlar-cone woofer with a 1" titanium diaphragm compression driver mounted on a rotatable 110-by-85-degree horn, so the same speaker installs in either vertical or horizontal orientation while maintaining even coverage across the room.

A built-in 110-watt transformer supports 70V or 100V distributed lines as well as direct 8-ohm operation, and JBL's SonicGuard overload protection keeps the drivers safe without any audible effect on the sound. The kevlar cone, butyl rubber surround, and rear-loaded driver design protect against outdoor conditions, while the included InvisiBall mounting hardware provides theft-deterrent, easy-aim installation.
