Six JBL Control 29AV loudspeakers give a restaurant, bar, or covered patio a matched set of two-way speakers built to handle both indoor and outdoor placement. Each speaker combines an 8-inch Kevlar cone woofer with a 1-inch titanium-diaphragm compression driver mounted to a rotatable 110 by 85 degree horn, so the same enclosure can be oriented vertically or horizontally to fit the coverage a room needs. A high-quality line transformer supports 70V, 100V, or direct 8-ohm operation, and JBL SonicGuard overload protection keeps the speakers running reliably at high volume over long service life.

Every unit ships with JBL patented InvisiBall mounting hardware, which installs quickly, aims precisely, and deters casual theft, along with ten additional suspension points for stand or ceiling-drop mounting when a different setup is needed. Weather-resistant materials, including a butyl rubber surround and a foam-backed grille, let the same speaker run on a covered patio or an interior dining room without a design change. Because all six units share identical specs and mounting hardware, installers can cover a mid-size restaurant, café, or retail space with matched output and tone from wall to wall, whether the space calls for horn-loaded coverage across a bar or focused fill above booth seating.
