The IP56-rated enclosure and corrosion-resistant, zinc-rich grille handle rain, salt air, and sun exposure, while gland-nut terminal seals keep the wiring compartment dry. A 300 W 70V/100V multi-tap transformer or direct 8 ohm wiring lets it join a distributed-audio line or a standalone amplifier setup. The enclosure exceeds Mil Spec 810 for humidity, temperature, and UV, and the included U-bracket mounts to walls, poles, or trusses. Because it is built to pair with full-range speakers rather than replace them, it works well alongside models like the AWC159 or AWC62 in venues that need low-end reinforcement without adding a large subwoofer cabinet.
