CSA 140Z Commercial 70V Amplifier + (2) 6.5" Black Ceiling Speakers

The JBL CSA 140Z pairs with a set of Rockville CC65T 6.5" black ceiling speakers to give restaurants, bars, and cafes a complete 70V background music and paging system in one box. The 40W amplifier runs on a universal power supply that accepts 100 to 240 VAC, so it drops into nearly any commercial electrical setup, and Crown’s DriveCore technology packs the analog section into a single chip for a fanless, one-rack-unit design that never needs a fan or extra ventilation space. Illuminated control rings make the volume and tone knobs easy to read even in dim dining rooms, and a built-in RJ45 connector lets you add a JBL CSR-V wall controller later without touching the amp itself.

The CC65T speakers use a 2-way design with a 6.5" polypropylene woofer and a mylar dome tweeter, so vocals, music, and PA announcements come through with distinct highs and full mids rather than the flat sound of single-driver ceiling speakers. A rear tap switch dials in 2.5W to 20W per speaker, so the same pair covers a small private dining room or a busy open floor. The paintable grille sits flush with the ceiling and blends into any finish, while spring-loaded push terminals keep the wiring secure through years of daily use. Because both pieces share the 70V standard, wiring runs long distances without signal loss and more speakers can join the same line later.
