CSM28

The JBL CSM 28 is an eight-input, two-output commercial mixer for larger installed systems that need more than one zone. Eight inputs handle several music sources, paging microphones and program feeds, while two outputs let you send different mixes to different areas, such as music in the dining room and paging plus music in the back of house. Euro-block connectors handle mic and line inputs and outputs, and unbalanced RCA inputs accept consumer sources like a media player or streaming box. Independent bass and treble controls per output tune each zone to its own acoustics. Priority muting drops music when a page is triggered, VOX ducking lowers background level on detected speech, and 27 VDC phantom power supports condenser microphones. Illuminated rings around the controls keep settings readable in dark equipment closets. RJ45 connectors work with JBL CSR-V in-wall volume controls over standard Ethernet cable, so managers can adjust level from the floor. The universal power supply accepts 100 to 240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, and the fanless 1U chassis at 1.7 x 17.2 x 11.9 in runs silently. Built to HARMAN GreenEdge standards and RoHS compliant.
