CSMA180

The JBL CSMA 180 puts a four-channel mixer and an 80 W amplifier in a single 1U chassis, covering a full single-zone commercial system without a separate mixer. Connect a music source, a paging microphone and two more feeds, then wire the output directly to ceiling, pendant or landscape speakers. The amplifier powers 8 ohm and 4 ohm loads and supports 70V and 100V distributed systems with no external transformer, so the same unit works for a compact low-impedance setup or a long distributed run across a building. Front panel controls stay minimal: volume per channel, output volume, bass and treble, and a power switch, each ringed with illumination so settings are readable in a dark closet or behind a bar. Rear connections include euro-block mic and line inputs, unbalanced RCA inputs, speaker terminals and an RJ45 port for a JBL CSR-V in-wall volume control over Ethernet cable. Priority muting and configurable output routing handle paging over music. Crown DriveCore technology keeps the chassis fanless and light while running up to 80 percent more efficiently than earlier designs, and the universal power supply accepts 100 to 240 VAC at 50/60 Hz. Energy Star certified, RoHS compliant and covered by a three-year transferable warranty. A rack mounting kit is included.
