Each 4-ohm dual voice coil subwoofer is rated at 1000 watts peak, for 2000 watts peak combined, and uses SoloKon technology to join the cone to a vented back brace, which both cools the motor and cuts distortion. Kicker's Forced Air Cooling design helps the pair run about 25 percent cooler than earlier CompR subwoofers, so output stays consistent through longer sessions.
