The Kicker 43CWR15G is a 15-inch grille made to cover and protect CompR, CompRT, and CompC subwoofers. A 15-inch cone presents a large, exposed target in a trunk or cargo area, and thick ABS plastic construction takes the hits from luggage, tools, and shifting gear before they reach the cone or surround. The grille mounts to the subwoofer's existing bolt pattern, so there is no drilling and no change to the enclosure. Eight custom bolt-hole covers are included to fill the unused mounting points, giving the front baffle a uniform, finished face. It fits sealed and ported boxes as well as custom fabricated walls, since it attaches at the subwoofer rather than the box. Common installs include full-size truck enclosures behind the seat, SUV cargo areas where the sub faces the tailgate, and competition-style wall builds that stay accessible.
