KICKER 43DC122 Comp Dual 12" Subwoofers In Vented Sub Box Enclosure, 2-Ohm

The Kicker 43DC122 is a complete bass system in one box: two 12-inch Comp subwoofers mounted in a vented MDF enclosure and wired to a single 2-ohm terminal. It handles 300W RMS and 600W peak, and the recommended range of 100 to 300W RMS at 2 ohms pairs it with compact mono amplifiers rather than requiring a large power upgrade. Each Comp sub uses an injection-molded SoloKon cone with 360-degree back bracing and a double-stitched polyfoam ribbed surround, so the cone holds its shape at high excursion instead of flexing into distortion. A single high-temperature 4-ohm voice coil with Spiralead tinsel leads woven into the spider keeps the electrical connection intact through long, loud sessions. The box is built from 3/4-inch MDF, wrapped in heavy-duty black carpet, and fronted with a monogrammed carbon fiber panel and embroidered Kicker logo. With 95 dB sensitivity and a 30 to 500 Hz response, it plays loud on modest power. It fits sedan trunks, SUV cargo areas, and extended-cab trucks where a custom box is not worth the fabrication time, and wiring is one positive and negative run to the terminal cup.
