Product Description

The Kicker 43DSC504 is a pair of 5.25-inch two-way coaxial speakers built to replace factory door and rear-deck speakers without modification. A stamped steel basket supports a rigid polypropylene cone and a ribbed, UV-treated foam surround, and EVC (Extended Voice Coil) technology keeps cone motion accurate even on factory head unit power. The 1/2-inch zero-protrusion polyetherimide tweeter clears original grilles and trim. Power handling is 200W peak and 70W RMS per pair, or 100W peak and 35W RMS each, with a recommended 6 to 35W RMS per channel. Frequency response spans 45 Hz to 20 kHz at 90 dB sensitivity, which is the highest efficiency in this size class from the DS line and the reason they get loud without an amplifier. Shallow-mount construction with a 1.875-inch top-mount depth and 4.50-inch cutout suits doors with tight window regulator clearance, rear decks, and kick panels. Grilles are included for locations without factory covers.
