This bundle pairs KICKER 45KM84L 8 inch marine speakers with a pair of Rockville MAC80B black aluminum wakeboard tower pods, giving a boat a matched, mount-ready sound system for the tower. Each KM84L speaker is rated 150W RMS and 300W peak through a 1 inch titanium tweeter and a UV-treated polypropylene woofer with a Santoprene surround, and white and charcoal grilles wired for a seven-color LED system add lighting after dark. The MAC80B pods are machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum with a black powder-coat finish, fully waterproof and marinized for salt and fresh water, and internally wired so no terminals or wires are left exposed on the tower. Six precision molded rubber inserts let the universal aluminum clamp fit tower poles from 2 to 2.5 inches in diameter, and the high-efficiency airspace inside each pod is sized for 8 inch speakers to get clean output without the boxy resonance of a poorly matched enclosure. Because the speakers and pods are sized to work together, there is no guessing on airspace or wiring, just a bolt-on pair ready for a wakeboard tower.
