The 46CSC54 is a pair of CS-Series 5-1/4 inch two-way coaxial speakers, sized for the door and dash locations used across a wide range of imports and compacts. They replace factory drivers directly and bring a heavy-duty motor and magnet structure that stock speakers do not have.

A stamped-steel frame carries a rigid polypropylene cone with EVC Extended Voice Coil technology, which keeps the voice coil in a controlled magnetic gap through its full travel. The result is more output before distortion and bass that stays tight at volume. The ribbed, UV-treated poly-foam surround handles the heat and sun a door panel sees every day.

Highs come from a zero-protrusion PEI dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet. It stays flat enough that factory grilles reseat without contact, and the neodymium motor produces more volume in the top end than a comparable ferrite tweeter of the same size.

Each speaker handles 75 W RMS and 225 W peak, with 90 dB sensitivity and response from 45 Hz to 20 kHz. That 90 dB rating means they play noticeably louder than stock on the same head unit power. Mounting hole diameter is 4-1/2 inches with 1-3/4 inch bottom mount depth, and steel mesh grilles are included for exposed installs.
