The 46CSC674 is a pair of CS-Series 6-3/4 inch two-way coaxial speakers built for the larger factory door openings used by many domestic trucks and SUVs. The extra cone area over a 6-1/2 inch driver shows up as more mid-bass output from the same door.

Each speaker uses a heavy-duty motor and magnet structure with EVC Extended Voice Coil technology, so the coil stays in a controlled gap through its full stroke. A stamped-steel frame carries the rigid polypropylene cone, and the ribbed, UV-treated poly-foam surround holds up to the temperature swings and moisture that live inside a door panel.

The zero-protrusion PEI dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet handles the top end, adding clarity and volume that factory paper drivers cannot reach. Because the tweeter sits flat, factory grilles reseat without contact. Mounting hole diameter is 5-1/2 inches, top mount depth is 3/16 inch, and bottom mount depth is 1-13/16 inch.

Each speaker takes 100 W RMS and 300 W peak, with 90 dB sensitivity and a 40 Hz to 20 kHz range. High sensitivity means a clear improvement on head unit power, with headroom left for a four-channel amplifier later. Steel mesh grilles are included for rear decks and other exposed locations.
