The 46CSS694 is the largest component system in the CS-Series line: two 6x9-inch woofers, two 3/4-inch titanium dome tweeters, and two external crossovers. The 6x9 cone gives this set the deepest reach of any CS component system, with response starting at 30 Hz and 150 W RMS of handling per speaker.

That combination makes it a strong choice for a front stage in a truck or a rear-deck-based system in a sedan, where the woofer can work into subwoofer territory before a subwoofer is added. The rigid polypropylene cone with EVC Extended Voice Coil technology and phase plugs stays controlled at high excursion, and the UV-treated poly-foam surround handles heat and sun.

Titanium tweeters with neodymium magnets mount separately, so highs arrive from ear level instead of the floor. Flush, angled, and surface pods are included, so the tweeter can be aimed at the listening position in any cabin. Each external crossover uses a 12 dB slope at 4000 Hz with a three-position adjustment switch at 0, 3, and 6 dB.

Woofer mounting hole size is 5-5/8 x 8-7/16 inches with 3-3/16 inch bottom mount depth, matching standard 6x9 cutouts. Bolt-thru steel mesh grilles are included. Peak handling is 450 W per speaker, so there is real headroom for a mid-power four-channel amplifier.
