The KICKER KBRW10 is a 10-inch passive radiator that gives a sealed box the low-end output of a ported design without the port volume. Instead of venting air through a tube, the radiator is driven by pressure inside the cabinet, so you get extended bass in a fraction of the air space a port would require.

That matters when the enclosure has to fit a real vehicle. Build the box in the shape you need, in the material and color you want, and put it under a seat, behind a back bench or in a corner of the trunk. There is no port length to calculate and no port opening to route around.

This 10-inch radiator is tuned to 41Hz. For the intended response, pair it with a 10-inch CompRT or CompVT subwoofer in 0.5 cubic feet of internal air space. It is a straightforward part for custom fabrication work: cut the hole, mount the radiator on an open baffle area, and seal the cabinet.

The result is a compact enclosure that plays lower than a sealed box of the same size, built to the dimensions your vehicle actually allows.
