A dual 2-ohm voice coil simplifies amplifier matching, and Forced Air Cooling helps the motor run about 25% cooler than earlier CompR subs for more reliable output over time. Rated for 300W RMS with a 600W peak ceiling, it works best in a sealed enclosure, from 0.4 to 1.0 cubic feet, or a vented box, from 0.8 to 1.2 cubic feet, both small enough to fit under a seat or in a compact trunk. A 4-1/8 inch mounting depth and 7-inch mounting diameter make it a practical choice for smaller vehicles or secondary bass duty in a larger system.
