CompRT 800W 10" Shallow Subwoofer, Dual 2-Ohm Voice Coil, COMPRT10

The KICKER CompRT 10-inch subwoofer is built for spaces a standard subwoofer cannot reach, fitting under a seat or behind a back bench with a mounting depth under four inches. A dual 2-ohm voice coil, UV-resistant cone and surround, and the same red double-stitched Santoprene surround bonding used across the CompR line keep this thin driver durable outdoors as well as in. Custom SoloKon technology and the CompRT's shallow framework let it deliver deep bass despite the reduced depth, and Forced-Air Cooling helps the motor run about 20% cooler than earlier versions for more reliable output. Rated for 400W RMS with an 800W peak ceiling, it performs best in a sealed enclosure, and works across sealed volumes from 0.4 to 1.25 cubic feet or vented volumes from 1.25 to 1.75 cubic feet. A 9-1/8 inch mounting diameter matches standard 10-inch cutouts, so the only real difference from a full-depth sub is the shallow 3-7/16 inch mounting depth that makes tight installs possible. As a standalone driver, it is built for trucks, crew cabs, and other vehicles where a deep subwoofer box simply will not fit.
