Product Description

The KMA600.4 gives a boat four channels of Class D power at 150W per channel into 2 ohms, or 300W per channel bridged into two channels, with 725W of dynamic power available on peaks. That is enough headroom to run tower speakers and cockpit speakers from one amplifier and still have output left when the boat is moving.

Bridging lets a single KMA600.4 power as many as eight speakers, which simplifies wiring on larger deck boats and pontoons. A variable 12dB crossover sets high pass, low pass or all pass on each pair, so tower pods get the midbass they need while smaller in-hull speakers stay protected from low frequencies.

KickEQ adds up to 6dB of variable bass boost centered at 40Hz. On open water, that is often the difference between hearing the bass line and just hearing the vocals.

Marine construction runs through the whole design: conformal-coated circuit board, ABYC and NMMA-compliant power connections, and 316L stainless-steel mounting hardware in the box. Frequency response spans 10Hz to 20kHz with signal-to-noise above 95dB.

The chassis measures 2-5/16" tall, 7-1/8" wide and 12-7/16" long, sized for mounting behind a helm, under a console or in a dry locker.

Features

    • Headroom For The Whole Boat

One hundred fifty watts per channel at 2 ohms plus 725W dynamic power keeps tower and cockpit speakers loud once the boat is underway.

    • Fewer Amplifiers To Mount

Bridging capability lets a single chassis feed as many as eight speakers, cutting the wiring, fusing and mounting space a two-amp system would need.

    • Separate Tuning Per Pair

The variable 12dB crossover sets high pass, low pass or all pass independently, so tower pods get midbass while in-hull speakers stay protected.

    • Bass You Can Still Hear

KickEQ adds up to 6dB centered at 40Hz, keeping the low end present against wind, water and engine noise on open water.

    • Built To Marine Standards

The conformal-coated board, ABYC and NMMA-compliant power terminals and 316L stainless hardware are rated for humidity, UV and saltwater exposure.
