The KMXL69 pairs the series' high-frequency horn design with a 6x9" woofer, and the extra cone area shows up where it matters. Frequency response reaches down to 70Hz, so these carry more midbass than a round 6.5" speaker before you add a subwoofer.

The high-output design is built to play above wind, water and engine noise. The horn-loaded compression tweeter keeps high frequencies clear and easy to listen to at volume, rather than turning brittle the way a conventional dome often does once the throttle is open.

Each speaker uses a UV-treated, waterproof poly/carbon-fiber cone, a 1-1/4" aluminum-dome tweeter and lightweight neodymium magnets. Rated impedance is 4 ohms, with 15 to 150W RMS recommended, 300W peak handling and 92dB sensitivity. IP66 certification covers dust and direct water jets.

Mounting depth is 3-3/8" with a 5-13/16" x 8-9/16" cutout, shallow enough for traditional 6x9 speaker holes. Integrated multi-color LED lighting works with the KMLC LED remote, and both white and charcoal grilles are included so the speakers match your panel. They also install in KM-Series empty enclosures for tower and surface-mount builds.
