50CSC4104

The 50CSC4104 is a pair of 4x10-inch CS-Series coaxial speakers made to replace tired factory units in vehicles that use this odd size. The design point is fitment: the 1/2-inch balanced dome tweeter sits at zero protrusion, so the speakers drop in behind factory grilles without fouling on trim, and top mount depth is only 2-3/8 inches. Each speaker handles 75 watts RMS with 225 watts peak, so they work on a head unit and improve further with a small four-channel amplifier. The woofer uses a rigid polypropylene cone with a UV-treated polyester foam surround that shrugs off heat and direct sunlight through a rear deck window, plus EVC extended voice coil technology and a large magnet in a heavy-duty motor for controlled excursion and clean bass. The PEI tweeter with a neodymium magnet handles the top end with clarity and volume that factory paper speakers cannot reach. Effective frequency range is 45 Hz to 20 kHz at 88 dB sensitivity. Mounting holes measure 3-7/8 by 9-5/8 inches. Grilles are not included, since these are made to live behind the ones already in the vehicle.
