The CompVT 10-inch subwoofer solves a specific problem: you want real bass, and you do not have real depth to work with. At just 4-1/4" of mounting depth, it fits behind a truck seat, under a rear bench, or in a shallow trunk enclosure where a standard 10-inch woofer will not clear. It handles 180-375W RMS with 750W peak and 87.2dB sensitivity.

The engineering behind the slim profile is a proprietary four-layer voice coil working with SoloKon cone technology. The four-layer coil packs more winding into less height, so the sub takes serious power without the motor bulk of a conventional design, and the SoloKon cone resists flex under that power instead of deforming and adding distortion.

The 4-Ohm single voice coil version is the safe match for most mono amplifiers and multi-sub setups, since two of them parallel down to a 2-Ohm load.

A sealed or ported enclosure is required. Sealed volumes run 0.8-3 cu ft (22.5-85 L) for tight, accurate bass; ported volumes run 1.25-1.75 cu ft (35.4-49.6 L) for more output in the bottom octave. Mounting takes a 9-3/16" (23.3 cm) cutout.

This is the sub for extended-cab and crew-cab trucks, low-profile trunk builds, SUV side panels, and any install where cargo space or seat clearance sets the limit instead of budget.
