This carry bag is built for the Mackie Thump12A and Thump12BST, protecting the cabinet from the wear, scuffs, and knocks that come with regular gigging. The shell is 600D polyester coated in polyurethane, so light rain and damp loading docks are not a problem, and heavy-duty zippers hold up to being opened and closed several times a week. Inside, the lining is knitted fabric over a foam layer, which cushions the speaker rather than just covering it. A polyethylene board along the bottom and side, wrapped in the same knitted fabric, lets the bag stand steady with the speaker inside instead of slumping over. Foam-filled webbing handles on the top and side make the pickup comfortable from either angle, and three 20" plastic strips on the bottom keep the bag from sliding when you set it down. An outside cable pouch with a Velcro closure holds XLR and power cables, a business card holder on the front keeps your name on your gear, and four rubber feet on the side let the bag rest flat. The pull-over top flap secures with Velcro. Bag size is 25.6" wide by 15" deep by 14.5" high.
