The square design gives each S6510-44 more cone surface area than a round 10" driver, and the patented surround geometry increases Xmax for greater volume displacement and higher SPL. Dual layer cooling, including Spider Plateau Venting and a radial ribbed T-yoke, pulls heat away from the voice coil so the pair can run hard during long listening sessions without breaking down.

The PAD1000.1 drives both subs with 500W RMS at 4 ohms, up to 1200W RMS at 1 ohm, using a Class D MOSFET design that stays cooler than older amplifier topologies. A variable low-pass filter, subsonic filter, and remote bass level control let you dial in the crossover point and boost from the driver's seat instead of reaching under a seat or into the trunk.
