Thunder THUNDER68 5x7"/6x8" Coaxial Car Speakers (Pair)

The MTX THUNDER68 is a pair of 5" x 7" (6" x 8") 2-way coaxial car speakers built to reproduce low frequencies most speakers in this class can't reach. Each speaker handles 60 watts RMS (120 watts peak) and plays down to 45Hz, giving a system real bass presence even without a subwoofer.

A polypropylene woofer cone provides durability against heat and moisture, and a 15° pivoting tweeter lets you angle the highs toward the listener no matter where the speaker ends up mounted, sharpening imaging in the process. At a 92dB sensitivity and 45Hz to 20kHz frequency response, the THUNDER68 works as a straightforward factory replacement or as an upgraded front stage driven by an aftermarket amplifier.
