MTX TL-45L Car Stereo 4-Channel In / 5-Channel Out Line Output Converter

The TL-45L is a 4-channel in, 5-channel out line output converter that connects a factory audio system to aftermarket amplifiers. It accepts speaker level input up to 40V, so it works with both base radios and premium factory amplified systems without clipping the incoming signal, and outputs a clean preamp signal through six RCA outputs: four main channels plus two dedicated subwoofer channels. Selectable input impedance of 20 Ohm, 60 Ohm, or 20k Ohm lets the unit present the load a factory radio expects. This matters when you remove factory speakers, since many OEM systems mute or fault when they no longer see a speaker load. Turn-on options cover DC offset sensing, audio signal detection, and standard +12V remote, so the amplifiers come on reliably regardless of how the factory system behaves. Individual gain controls with clip indicators make level setting straightforward, and the included remote level control puts subwoofer volume within reach of the driver seat. The chassis measures 136mm by 98mm by 28mm, small enough to mount under a seat, behind a trim panel, or beside a factory amplifier.
