RSU1000 Adjustable Top-Mount Rack Shelf

The RSU1000 adds a working surface to the top of a standard 19" rack. Instead of balancing a mixer on a road case lid, gear sits on a steel tray measuring 17.2" wide and 17.5" deep, angled downward from 3.5" at the back to 2" at the front so faders, screens, and controls face you while you work standing. Sliding locking brackets adjust from 8" to 15" to match your device and hold it firmly in place, and pulling the brackets off opens the tray to gear up to 17" wide. That covers small analog mixers, digital mixers, laptops, DJ controllers, projectors, and AV control panels, so one shelf keeps working when you change consoles. Mounting on top of the rack keeps the front rack spaces free for the amplifiers, conditioners, and wireless receivers that need them. Steel construction with a black finish handles the weight of a loaded controller and matches the rest of a rack. Sensible for mobile DJ rigs, AV carts, worship tech booths, school auditoriums, corporate meeting rooms, and touring racks where the operating surface has to travel with the gear.
