The On-Stage UTC5500 All-Terrain Utility Cart moves up to 550 lb of gear in a single trip, across surfaces that stop a standard flat cart. Large treaded wheels, 8" in front and 10" in the rear, roll over grass, gravel, dirt, and debris, and the front wheels rotate 360° for steering through doorways and tight backstage lanes.

The bed adjusts to the load. It extends from 30" out to 52" for speaker cabinets, road cases, and lighting trees, then contracts to fit through a club hallway or a service elevator. Ergonomic handles at both ends let one person push or pull, or two people share the weight on ramps and curbs. Both handles fold flat against the bed when oversized gear needs the clear space.

Safety is built into the frame. Locking casters keep the cart from rolling away during loading and unloading on sloped lots, and eyelets around the frame give you anchor points for straps so nothing shifts in transit.

Folded down, the cart packs into a 30" x 13.6" x 11.2" footprint that fits a van, a trailer, or a gear closet. At 34.6 lb it is light enough for one person to lift into a vehicle after the show. Mobile DJs, bands, AV crews, and event staff pick it for the same reason: fewer trips, less lifting, and shorter load-in and load-out times.
