Four ST-4 cardioid dynamics cover snare and toms, and each ships with an adjustable rim mount that clamps to the hoop, holding the capsule in position without a stand crowding the drummer. Two OH-2 small-diaphragm cardioid condensers work as overheads, picking up cymbal detail and room ambience so the kit sounds like one kit in a room rather than a stack of close mics.
