The Eris 4.5BT is a powered monitor pair for desks that need more low end than a 3.5-inch speaker delivers. Each cabinet uses a 4.5-inch woven-composite low-frequency driver and a 1-inch silk-dome tweeter, with 50W of Class AB dual amplification producing 100 dB peak SPL at one meter and response from 70 Hz to 20 kHz. The extra 10 Hz at the bottom compared with smaller Eris models makes kick and bass parts easier to judge without adding a subwoofer. Stereo Bluetooth 5.0 pairs a phone or tablet for streaming reference tracks, playlists, or game audio, and the wired inputs stay connected for production work: balanced 1/4-inch TRS for an interface, plus unbalanced 1/8-inch stereo and RCA for a laptop, console, or media player. High- and low-frequency Acoustic Tuning controls correct for a hard desk or a wall behind the speakers. The front-panel 1/8-inch headphone output runs on its own amplifier for late-night sessions. Protection circuitry covers RF interference, output-current limiting, over-temperature, turn-on and turn-off transients, and subsonic content, and Power Saver mode engages after 40 minutes of silence. Speaker wire, a 1/8-inch TRS to stereo RCA cable, and a stereo RCA to stereo TS cable ship in the box. The cabinets still fit a normal desktop while filling a bedroom studio, home office, or streaming setup, which makes the pair equally suited to mixing, video editing, gaming, and everyday listening.
