The Eris Pro 4 is a compact powered reference monitor built around a single point-source coaxial driver, with the 1-inch silk-dome tweeter mounted at the center of the 4.5-inch woven-composite woofer. Because both drivers share one acoustic axis, phase alignment between them holds together across a wider listening area, which produces a broad sweet spot, accurate stereo imaging, and symmetrical dispersion. Those traits matter twice over in Dolby Atmos and other immersive rooms, where many speakers surround a listener and off-axis behavior determines whether the image stays stable. Transient response is finely detailed and dynamics stay natural, which makes long sessions less fatiguing. The silk-dome tweeter reproduces transients accurately, while the woven-composite woofer keeps bass tight and controlled. A ported enclosure and 80W of Class AB power take the response down to 50 Hz with 99 dB peak SPL at one meter, strong figures for a cabinet this size. Acoustic tuning controls set the monitor up for the room, and three-way Acoustic Space tuning compensates for placement against a wall or in a corner, which is common in immersive installs where positions are dictated by geometry rather than preference. Input options accept nearly any line-level source, from mixers to audio interfaces. Wall and ceiling mount provisions make the Eris Pro 4 practical for surround and overhead positions as well as a stereo desk setup.
